Workshop Submission Requirements

Subject: Festival Name (Sirius Rising, BWD SummerFest, Women’s Weekend or Heartsong)Format: (Attachment) Microsoft Word format (use .doc, not .docx), Times Roman 12 pt.
Workshop requirements: For Sirius Rising and SummerFest, THREE, 50 min Workshops (preferred) or TWO, 1.5 hour Workshops. Describe each workshop in 50 words or less. Include any requirements or special instructions to participants. Small fees are acceptable to recoup cost of materials (e.g., jewelry making, pottery, etc.).
Biographical information: Describe yourself in 50 words or less. Please include your educational background, credentials, and any specialized training. Your biographical description should relate to your proposed workshops.Performance/Music Submission Requirements
